Q. Can clothes dress a cat with fur?
A.Polocats clothing is designed with the Sphynx cat's physique in mind. However, our clothes are suitable for all cat breeds, including Bengals, Abyssinians, Siamese, and domestic cats. The key is to take accurate measurements and compare them to our size chart to find the right fit. If you can't find the right size for your feline or need something custom-made, feel free to email us with your requirements, and we can create a garment tailored to your specifications.
Q. What are the rates for the shipping cost?
A. The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We offer different speed options to suit your needs, so you can choose the delivery timeframe that works best for you.
Q. What are the delivery times?
A. Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout. For in-stock products, please allow 1-2 days for processing, after which your order will be shipped according to the delivery option you selected.
Q. Can I pick up my order on site instead of having it delivered?
A. Unfortunately, picking up orders on site is not available at this time. All orders must be shipped directly to your location.

Q. What is the Return Policy?
A. All sales are final. We do not refund or exchange any items. Under no circumstances can you return an item if the size or color does not suit you. The only valid reason for returning an item is if it is defective or if it does not correspond to its description on the site.
