Return and exchange policy

For hygienic reasons, Polocats clothing is neither exchangeable nor refundable, unless we have made a mistake with your order. We ask you to check the size of the clothes chosen using the Size Guide. Do not hesitate to contact us for assistance in choosing your sizes.

All sales are final. We do not refund or exchange any items. Under no circumstances can you return an item if the size or color does not suit you. The only valid reason for returning an item is if it is defective or if it does not correspond to its description on the site.

Missing item: We pay particular attention to the accuracy of our inventory in real time. However, there may be times when an item is out of stock. In this case, we do our best to notify you as soon as possible. Any item missing from your order will not be charged to your credit card and your bill will be adjusted accordingly. We do not provide replacement products for sold out items.
